Debucher
After the first GBGV litter was born in quarantine in 1989, the Debucher affix was founded in 1995. As well as having the first UK Champions, Debucher became one of the most successful Grand Basset Griffon Vendeen kennels globally. Debucher GBGVs have now been exported worldwide and have continued success in the show ring. Following Viv’s death in 2024, Debucher BGVs were taken over by her granddaughter, Amelia.
Clipperdown Dachshunds
We have been proud family breeders of Dachshunds since Viv bred her first litter in the 1960s. The Clipperdown affix was established in the 1980s and since then we have remained true to Viv’s strong ethics and values, breeding only the healthiest dogs, with low risk of IVDD and having eradicated Lafora Epilepsy from our lines.
